| Standards and Conditions for Participation in the Program Guarantee Abima - PGA: | ||||
|
The participant in the PGA associated with the commitment to meet the industrial ethical provisions of this Regulation, subject to observance of the legislation. While maintaining the quality and safety of products offered to consumers. The PGA is the basis of technical audit of the plant. These audits will be based on existing Brazilian legislation, the criteria for scoring and classification prescribed in the Statute and other relevant standards that will come into force. The technical audits will be conducted in accordance with the procedures and Check List Audit, established by Abima. The applicant shall ensure that the implementers of the Program, through third party auditors and / or indicated, access to its facilities for checks that may be required to faithful compliance with the Check list Abima. |

1) Participation in the PGA does not exempt the manufacturer from the observation of existing legislation. |

| The Certificate: | ||||
|
The Certificate of the PGA is the formal instrument issued, registered and controlled by Abima to be issued in favor of Associated Effective in recognition to his commitment and ethical industrial answered when the provisions of this Statute. The validity of the Certificate of PGA depends on the note obtained by the company after the audit. And its use is restricted exclusively to the technical the audit scope according to the Abima. |

Prompted the request for participation to the PGA, the associate will have 3 months to determine the beginning of the process for conducting the audit and other steps it deems necessary. The Abima accredit companies providing services, idoneous recognized for conducting the audit and other technical services. The Association also may recognize technical audits carried out by other companies, known idoneous, hired by the Associate, to dispense with the procedure for technical audit of Abima through analysis of the Technical Department of the entity. A technical audit conducted by a third party, hired by the Member should take into account the scope of the procedure applied by Abima. After completion of the technical audit, internal or external, the Member must send the Department of Technical Abima a copy of the audit report for review and file. The Associated subject to evaluation, internal or external, must submit a Plan of Action on non-conformities found in the audit. This Action Plan should be sent to the Technical Department of Abima within a maximum of thirty (30) days after sending the audit report and aims to document the commitment of investment in the Associate of continuous improvement, making effective preventive and corrective actions implemented. |
